Refund & Return Policy

At Kingdom Grounds, we want you to enjoy every cup. Please review our refund and return policy before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at KingdomGrounds.support@gmail.com.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If the issue is determined to be an error on our end or our fulfillment partner’s end, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.


Shipping Address Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs once the updated address has been confirmed.


Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned to our fulfillment facility due to being unclaimed may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Unclaimed returns may be donated or disposed of after 30 days if no response is received.


Coffee Products & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee items, including opened or unopened bags of coffee, cold brew products, or instant coffee products.

Returned coffee products cannot be restocked or reshipped and may be disposed of upon receipt.


Buyer’s Remorse

We do not offer refunds for orders placed in error or due to buyer’s remorse.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Kingdom Grounds partners with a third-party specialty coffee roaster and fulfillment provider to roast, package, and ship orders fresh to customers.

By placing an order through our store, you agree to the policies outlined above.
